BUY THE GAME ON STEAM BUT IT WILL BE FOR Ver 1.4
----------------------------------------------------There are different patches (1.0,1.0 PB, 1.4 etc..). To avoid hunting down patches for your version you can use this option.
Go to: windows/system32/drivers/etc ,
Click on hosts file and open it with notepad,
At the bottom add this in:
# RTCW master server redirection
wolfmaster.idsoftware.com dpmaster.deathmask.net
Save it and you're done.
See if it works, if not you may need to restart your computer but generally it should work instantly.
